This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom alpine chalet is located in a small hamlet, above Riviere Enverse and along the valley from Morillon and Samoens. It offers spectacular panoramic views and is set in its own extensive grounds providing privacy, peace and quiet. Newly renovated to an excellent standard with quality fittings and furnishings, it is a truly amazing place to stay.
The chalet comprises, one double and one twin bedroom, a family bathroom and an ensuite shower room off the second bedroom. The spacious lounge area has a sofa bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and DVD's, stereo and games and a cozy log burner. Leading from the living area is a huge south facing terrace, ideal for barbeques and relaxing in the sun. The chalet's terraces and balcony overlook the entire Giffre valley providing spectacular uninterrupted views all year round. Stairs lead down from the living area into the large and fully equipped kitchen and dining area which comfortably seats 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and all modern equipment.
The chalet is a 5 minute drive from local restaurants, bars and supermarkets and the Morillon ski lift, which joins with the Grand Massif ski area, comprising of Samoens, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt Fer a Cheval. In summer the Morillon lift is also open during July and August for activities such as walking and downhill mountain biking. A further 5 minutes away are the villages and towns of Samoens, Verchaix and Taninges and all their amenities and sights.
Additional facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, BBQ, hairdryer and ample secure storage for equipment such as bikes and skis.
