Chalet Le Ressacha is a luxury, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom chalet in Morillon centre, sleeping 10 people.  The Chalet is one of the few properties in Morillon to be officially awarded 5 stars by the toursit office.  Located in an idyllic setting and enviable location, 50m from the Morillon telecabine and just 2 minutes walk from all of the resort amenities.  The chalet benefits from a large flat private garden with 8 seater hot tub, offering the perfect spot for holidays in winter and summer.  The lake and adventure park are just 10 minutes walk away and if that is not enough, the village of Samoens is 5 minutes drive away.

The property has been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated and offers 140m2 of luxurious accommodation.  Equipped to the highest standard with brand new quality fixtures and furnishings, it successfully combines contemporary style with traditional alpine charm.

The first floor offers a light and spacious open plan living area with an impressive log fire creating a cosy focal point.   The kitchen comes superbly equipped with granite work surfaces, Bosch appliances including microwave, fan oven, induction hob and extras such as a coffee maker.  There is a large dining area with a wooden table, comfortable for 10 people. The living area has ample seating for large groups to relax by the fire and unwind after a fun filled day, with a home entertainment system including Denon stereo, iPod dock and LCD TV.  Access to the south facing balcony is provided on this level, overlooking the gardens and providing views of the mountains beyond. 

Off the living area is a spacious double bedroom, which is also a snug area with plasma TV, Playstation 3, DVDS and games, ideal for the kids to have their own space, or for adults alike!  There is a bathroom next door with sink, wc and corner shower. From the lounge, access is gained to the upper floor with a king-size double bedroom ensuite with shower, sink and WC, and a twin bedroom ensuite with bath, sink and wc.   All the bedrooms have ample storage and alpine views.

The lower level provides a further 2 spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One is a twin and the other is a king-size double with ample storage and garden views. 

Chalet Le Ressacha benefits from a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, a  heated boot and coat cupboard and garage. There is further off street parking also provided.  The chalet setting is ideal for holidays throughout the year with a large sunny garden and terracing and a sunken 8-seater hot tub available for year round use.  With its location at the end of a quiet lane, it provides the perfect setting for your alpine holiday.
