Chalet Esse is a detached luxurious chalet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 10 people in space and comfort, over an impressive 160m2.  Located in a quiet position, at the end of a close, it is just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Samoens and all its amenities.  In winter the ski bus stop is just 50m away and the ski lift 1km from the chalet.

As you enter the chalet there is a huge open plan living, kitchen and dining area spanning the full length of the property with a unique suspended fireplace providing a focal point.  The quality contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of work space.  It benefits from an island unit with further preparation space and breakfast bar.  Leading off this is the dining area for 10 people with two French doors providing access to the gardens.  The lounge area has three large deep and comfy sofas and further seating, so plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day in the mountains.  The living areas are light with plenty of wonderful surrounding views including a waterfall.  There is also a table football, table tennis, TV and DVD player with DVD's and Xbox 360 elite!

Stairs lead from the living room to the upper floor and the four bedrooms, which are cleverly arranged allowing plenty of light and wonderful views.  There is a king size bedroom with 2 chests of drawers, hanging space and a large sky light.  Across the hall is the quad bedroom with four single beds, plenty large enough for adults as well as children, with access to the upper balcony.  The super king size bedroom also benefits from the south facing balcony and the fourth bedroom is a spacious bunk bedroom.  Two of the bathrooms are on this level each with sinks, toilets and baths with shower attachments.

On the ground floor there is a large entrance lobby with plenty of space for outdoor wear, plus a utility room with washing machine and drying area.  There is also a shower room with stylish mosaic tiles, sink, toilet and large corner shower.  Also a further toilet on this level.  A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

The chalet has a garage with ample storage and space for a car.  In addition there is plenty of private parking at the front of the chalet.  Chalet Esse has flat and sunny gardens surrounding the property to enjoy at all times of the year.
